Free Shipping

Free shipping is available in Canada to all orders totaling $50.00 CAD or more before taxes. Orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time.

  

Shipping

Black Sheep Organics ships via Canada Post or UPS. All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted. Should orders require additional shipping charges customers will be contacted before any such charge is added.

Returns

At Black Sheep Organics, our aim is to ensure 100% satisfaction. We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less any shipping charges). Returns can be made to our Richmond offices via mail. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact sales@blacksheeporganics.com before making a return. One of our team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps. Be sure to include: Your name, your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Other than the general return rule, in some circumstances, we can handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Slight color variation on natural occurring ingredients are not a quality defects.
